Hello...yes, there are blackouts in all the apartments where it is necesary. Housekeeping is only made during the stay on demand. The cost is 20 euros per day and has to be asked the day before ( at least ) at the hotel Reception.

Nice centralised apartment

Center location, near to all attractions and plenty of restaurants. Small and nice apt for 3 of us. kitchen well equiped, nice bed and nice shower.

We stayed 5nights, could be nice to have at least 1 house keeping, change of sheets and towels. Toilet bowl needs to be fix better. Could have a shelf in shower to put shower gel and shampoo,

Breakfast was really bad.it was not fresh, fruit felt super old and bad. They dropped it the night before around 1:00 AM, and needed to be refrigerated

Location, house is very central yet in a very quiet place; bed very confortable, very nice house confortable, modern and clean. Breakfast was also very nice. We would stay again here again

When we arrived instead of going directly to the apartment we went to the reception because we wanted to ask about breakfast etc and the receptionist unfortunately was not very friendly

Wonderful

Great apartment in the middle of the city. 1 min walk to the cathedral area and a great central point to make home base for a trip.

No anywhere close to parking. Getting to the apartment in the car was very tricky and skinny but luckily we had a small car. We parked about 7 mins away so if you have bags that done have wheels it could be a long walk.

Beds are a bit small for two people, no instructions for apartment, no information of locality or map of area, a bottle of water in the fridge would have been much appreciated for our late night arrival

Wonderful property, beautiful location!

Very modern and clean apartment that was perfect for our family of six! The two bedrooms were adequate size for two people each, plus we’re had room for two kids on the pull out sofa. The kitchen was clean and allowed us to prepare breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of town and looking out at the cathedral. Very short walk to restaurants, tours, bars, and historic sites.

The rooms are very compact, not good for anyone needing assistance getting around furniture. It is also not possible to drive to the apartment, it is a short walk over cobblestone because of the narrow medieval streets. This was fine for us, an active family with kids, but maybe not for older travelers, those with mobility issues, or people with heavy luggage.

Spacious, private, stylish vacation apartment

close to major sightseeing places but quiet since it’s on some streets off the main roads. It has an accessible private rooftop with a great view of cathedral. A breakfast delivered each day at the door had more than plenty and it was nice to have a breakfast in your own room.

Remote (virtual) key didn’t work first, but the calling the office took a second to fix the issue.
